For the chicken:

200g boneless chicken thighs (or breast)

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp sake (optional)

1 tsp sesame oil

Pinch of pepper
For toppings:

Soft-boiled egg
-
Bean sprouts
-
Corn kernels
-
Green onions, finely chopped

Chili oil drizzle

Nori (optional)
For noodles:

2 servings fresh ramen noodles
🍳 How to Cook:

Marinate the chicken:

Mix soy sauce, sake, sesame oil, and pepper in a bowl. Marinate chicken for 15–30 minutes.

Cook the chicken:

Pan-sear or grill the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Slice thinly.

Make the broth:

In a saucepan, heat sesame oil. Sauté garlic, ginger, and chili paste for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add chicken broth, water, miso, soy sauce, sesame paste, and sugar. Stir well and simmer for 10 minutes.
